Central Ohio II

A regional cohort of pastors gathering to engage culture biblically and support one another in Central Ohio.

Join the Central Ohio II cohort—a community of 6–18 pastors committed to cultural engagement and peer learning. Over two four‑month sessions each year, participants explore topics like Biblical cultural engagement, identity, and sexuality alongside readings, livestreams, and in‑person meetings. Guided by [Facilitator Name], fellows develop sermons, church curricula, and outreach strategies tailored to the region.

Enjoy the camaraderie of peer networking and end the year with an abundance of practical steps to take toward shepherding your congregation and a fellowship celebration at the Essential Summit in Columbus.

Pastor Eric Tober

Ark Church Dublin

Eric left a larger church in Wisconsin to accept the call to pioneer a new direction for our church that connects us more to the community. God has opened doors for Eric to serve as a Chaplain for the Dublin Police Department and on a committee for the Dublin Schools. Eric serves part-time as the Pastor Ambassador for the Center for Christian Virtue and has led seminars on the challenges of integrating faith, culture, and politics.

Eric has been on mission trips throughout Europe and China. Eric especially loves the people of India where he has visited many times as a speaker for Pastor conferences. Eric traveled to Israel and Jordan during his doctoral
studies, and he is an adjunct professor for Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Eric has spoken in the Big Ten and NFL chapels as well as at No Regrets Men’s Conferences. Eric and his wife, Chris, also speak at Marriage Retreats.

Eric met his wife and childhood sweetheart, Chris, at a dance recital for his sister when he was in seventh grade. They have three adult married children and three grandkids. Eric enjoys travel, dinner and a movie, playing guitar, listening to all kinds of music, Ford Mustangs, and sports of all kinds, but especially basketball.
